High Output Our blow molding machine’s bottle mold have 2-16 cavities, with the use of high performance PLC, automatic perform setting system, high speed clamping system and precise mold in our machine, each cavity can produce 1000-1500BPH, and the maximum output of our high speed linear type blow molding machine can reach up to 24,000BPH, which is the highest output in PET bottle blow molding machine industry in China. 2. Simple Structure Liner type, compacted structure occupies little space; Electric part use Field-Bus control system which ensure the layout of electric wire more simple/ clarity and more easy for machine adjustment and maintenance. 3. Low Cost The use of electric sensor, photoelectric senor, magnetism senor and high performance Schneider servo system in perform setting system, propulsion system, clamping system and bottle fetch system, etc. together with the control of high performance PLC, the machine totally control by itself. However, the large colorized touch screen of our machine not only use for operator’ s operation, combine with electric sensor on each part, it can use for machine controlling, output adjustment, fault detection, etc, it save much work force on machine operation, maintenance and can change productivity freely. No doubt, our machine will save much cost for owner. 4. Low Energy Consumption In our machine there are 3-32 heating units, each heating unit have 6-8 infrared lamps, according to the condition of preform, which can be adjusted; the open heating structure of heating unit and preform’s rotary motion in propulsion system ensure that preform have enough heating for blow molding process, meanwhile shorten the time of heating, save much more energy consumption (only 70% of our competitor’s). 5. Low Waste Rate World famous high quality Three-in-one air valve on clamping system, which respond fast, the air flow is very high, and air waste rate is very low; moreover, on condition of same bottle neck diameter, just take about one hour to change the bottle mold, different volume and shape of bottle can be produce; with precise bottle mold’s use, the bottle waste rate is only 0.2%. 6.
